Car seizure

Dear residents,

During the morning of Thursday 5th March 2026 officers from the Plymouth Central neighbourhood team stopped a vehicle on Ashford Road, Mutley.  The driver side wing mirror glass was missing and the vehicle was showing on our police system as having no insurance.

The driver was spoken to and the vehicle was seized.  The owner will need to ensure that the vehicle is in a road worthy condition and insured before they can collect it from the compound.
